Founded in 1996 by its owners Harriet Bonner and Stephanie Rykaczewski, H&S Business Partners operates through offices in Kimberton, Pennsylvania and in Voorhees, NJ. H&S has grown over the years to include levels of Senior Management to help address our clients’ ever growing needs.
Our team of professionals is comprised of employees who are dedicated to highly responsive service. Most hold accounting degrees and all have years of expertise in their specific areas of bookkeeping and accounting responsibility. In addition, for clients who feel most comfortable conversing in Spanish, we employ numerous full-time professional who are fluent in both English and Spanish.
When you work with H&S Business Partners, your account will be managed by a team of professionals, including a lead contact, and other support staff as your needs dictate. All accounts are overseen by one of the Principals, as well as Senior Management. Our record of long-term employee retention assures the continuity of your bookkeeping and accounting functions. Our entire team is available to support you at any time.
We operate two teams of experienced bookkeeping and accounting professionals from our offices in NJ and PA for a total of 29 team members dedicated to the success of our clients. Each employee has not less than four years of bookkeeping experience and numerous employees hold B.S. degrees in accounting or related fields, as well as CPA designations.
All H&S employees participate in Continuing Education Courses to ensure that skills and knowledge remain at the leading edge of our profession. Our team also includes staff who are fluent in Spanish and English. This enables us to effectively extend our high level of expertise and service to our Spanish-speaking clients.
