- Prepare adjusting entries as needed to ensure accurate recognition of revenue and expenses.
- Categorize transactions to allow for reporting by business segment and/or department.
- Participate in management/board/finance meetings as required to present financial statements.
- Availability for “one off” fiscal needs such as pension and workman’s comp reporting, communication with CPA, etc.
- Prepare Year End Tax Package for CPA, as well as interim reporting for tax planning purposes.
- Implementing internal control procedures to allow for the detection of fraud.
- Assist in the year end budgeting process.
